Upon receiving the ordered goods, please inspect them first. If any damages, discoloration, or defects are found, returns can be processed while maintaining the new condition of the items.
Note: After the convenience store delivery arrives, you have seven days to pick up the goods. We also hope you can give New Jerseys some time to handle returns and exchanges. Inquiring about refund progress daily will not expedite the process. We appreciate your understanding.
Note: The seven-day return and exchange period is not a trial period. Used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return and Exchange Guidelines:
- Goods must be kept in new condition, with tags intact, unused, and clean. Please retain any outer packaging bags.
- Please complete the return process within seven days of receiving the goods.
- For orders with multiple items, except for bundle discounts (e.g., two items at 80% off, second item at 70% off, etc.), partial returns or exchanges of some items are accepted.
- In the case of orders with multiple items where the original order qualifies for free shipping but returning some items results in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Buyers do not need to bear the shipping fee for returns due to damaged or significantly defective goods, and it will be refunded together with the refund.
- Reasonable errors resulting from product quality control and manufacturing processes (e.g., fonts slanted by 1mm, minor wrinkles on clothes, slight asymmetry in collar edges, etc.) are not considered defects.
- Extremely minor and removable dirt marks from the original factory do not qualify as defects.
- For other returns or exchanges due to buyer's personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees and any miscellaneous charges incurred during the refund process (e.g., interbank transfer fees).
- Each order is allowed one exchange only.
- If the original order qualified for free shipping but the promotion becomes invalid due to returns, the refund will deduct the shipping fee.
- Currently, doorstep pickup service for returns and exchanges is not available. Buyers must visit convenience stores or post offices for shipping.
- Please ensure proper packaging when sending returns to prevent loss or damage during transit. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for items lost or damaged due to improper packaging.
- Any complimentary items included in the original order must also be returned.
- For overseas returns, any additional expenses such as import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours (excluding holidays) after receiving the returned goods and confirming they are correct.

Cases where returns and exchanges cannot be accepted:
- Goods with torn tags, signs of use, or have been washed.
- Goods with damaged tags or torn label information.
- Goods with odors, stains, or other signs of use.
- Requests made more than seven days after receiving the goods.
