Please avoid clicking on unfamiliar links, or accepting friend invitations or messages from unknown LINE accounts.
Common fraud tactics include false claims such as “duplicate orders” or “accidental installment settings” to gain your trust, followed by requests to operate online banking or ATMs. If the matter concerns banking transactions, please contact your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate your account or provide personal information, refuse immediately to minimize the risk of fraud.
We also strongly recommend that you update your passwords regularly, use strong passwords combining upper and lower case letters and numbers, and avoid entering account information on public computers to ensure your information remains secure.
